Rental Conditions.
The appartment has a private enclosed braai area.
Guests need to agree to the House rules. The form must be completed on arrival.
Units are fully equipped for self-catering.
Cleaning Fee:
A one-time cleaning fee of R250.00 to R500.00 will be added to the total rental cost, along with a R500.00 refundable damage deposit, which will be returned after the unit has been inspected and found in order
This fee covers the cleaning of the guestroom after your stay.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required.
This deposit covers any potential damages or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use. The security deposit will be refunded within 7-10 days after check-out, provided no damages occur and no excessive cleaning is needed.
Payment Terms:
Full payment when booking is confirmed.
Both cleaning fee and security deposit must be paid during the booking process. A paylink will be send.
Bookings on short notice, can be paid by credit card on site or cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 14:00-19:00
Check-out time is by 10:00
Late check-outs without prior approval will incur an additional fee of R400 per hour.
Pets
Pets are allowed when previously agreed upon. Not allowed on furniture or beds.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from no later than 23:00, as required by local bylaws.
No load music or noise after these hours.
Visitors:
Not allowed on premises for safety reasons or may not sleep over in units.
Additional guests can be arranged with owner prior to arrival at an additional cost per person, not exceeding maximum capacity of the unit.
Damages and Missing Items:
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items.
The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages or missing items exceed the security deposit, the guest will be billed for the additional costs.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Guests should promptly report any maintenance issue or damages. The host will address any urgent repairs as quickly as possible.
Liability:
The host is not responsible for any direct or indirect personal injury or loss/damage to guests' personal belongings during the stay.
Parking/WiFi/TV
Free private parking available, one vehicle per unit. WiFi code available on arrival.
Keyed door locks are available for your convenience for late check-ins.
Codes for lockboxes are available prior to arrival.
Breakfast:
Not included.
There is a restaurant available for Old Cape. Please make arrangements with manager if meals are required.
